Then unfortunately just a couple weeks later my daughter’s vehicle was rear ended and her vehicle totaled. So needing a fast replacement I scurried right back to ask Kirby at Innskeep for assistance. He knew my budget and found another Ford Focus for us. Kirby knew we were going to surprise my daughter. When I showed up the next day to sign the paperwork, Kirby had put a bow on the car! How thoughtful! My son sought out a Focus because a friend of his had a focus. She had been bumped off the freeway at 70 MPH. Her focus flipped 7 times and she walked away from the accident without injury. And before she could get out of the car or grab her phone, emergency services had arrived because her phone was synced with her car’s wireless system. That’s the type of safety we wanted for our young drivers. Innskeep Ford’s sales reps and Ali, the magical paper pusher of financial agreements, are efficient and friendly folks who make the sometimes stressful task of buying a new vehicle easy and painless. We love INNSKEEP! PS I am giving them excellent marks because they deserve them, not because I am too lazy to differentiate among the rating levels. More

Kirby was a low-pressure salesman who took the time to answer all of our questions and explain all the features of the car we were interested in. Brian wanted us to be aware of a minor repair they had scheduled on the car for the following week, and we would not have even known about it unless he brought it to our attention. They gave us the option of having it repaired as scheduled (at their expense) or deducting the cost of the repair from the selling price, which really impressed us. Pat took the time to explain the paperwork process to us and handle all of the legal details for title work, etc. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction with the car, and with the dealership. We were impressed by their honesty, integrity and professional courtesy to us. Their pricing was excellent and we have already recommended them to several others. When we are in the market to purchase another vehicle, you can be sure we will return to Inskeep Ford. More

Great first time buying experience I've never had a dealer experience that was so open and honest. He let me keep copies of the deal sheet, carfax report, the trade in appraisal report, Kelly Blue book reports on both the trade and the new vehicle, and the report detailing the cost of the work Inskeep completed to certify the vehicle. Unbelievable. And this was all before he knew I was going to buy the car! I've never had that happen at any other dealership! Closing was a breeze. Mark was great about explaining everything we were signing, and they was no pressure to sell me things I didn't want - like credit insurance. All in all a great experience. Oh, and we LOVE our new car! More
