Just executed my second lease with D&M and could not be more satisfied with the service that Klinton Ketcher provided during the process. I had initially set my sights on a RAV4 hybrid, but there were none more satisfied with the service that Klinton Ketcher provided during the process. I had initially set my sights on a RAV4 hybrid, but there were none available. However, Klint was able to track down a non-hybrid in the same trim package. The vehicle took over a month to arrive at the dealership, and Klint kept me up-to-date and informed during the process. When we got to about a week out from delivery, Klint noticed that a hybrid became available. He was able to seamlessly switch paths and I was able to land the vehicle I wanted all along with minimal change to the lease structure. Love my new RAV4! More
