We were able to complete the sale and trade in our truck without ever having to leave our home! Klinton continued his excellent service by following up with us in the weeks following our purchase to ensure we were happy with the vehicle and his service, and even went out of his way to help us deal with Chevy on a warranty service issue that came up shortly after we purchased the preowned vehicle from him. Without the involvement of Klinton and his manager I suspect we would have had a much harder time dealing with Chevy; their efforts helped ensure we were treated fairly and that we got a loaner vehicle while ours was being diagnosed and repaired.
