4 months later and still not a peep from that incompetent Todd LaMay. His service manager is just as bad and service advisor Cole who tried to convince me I had to pay $3'000 for a new front radar, meanwhile Todd LaMay. His service manager is just as bad and service advisor Cole who tried to convince me I had to pay $3'000 for a new front radar, meanwhile I went to another Honda service place and paid under $500. Let's not forget the struts Cole said I needed and had replaced. Than I go back a month later for oil change and they tell me I need struts this from the same mechanic who replaced them a month earlier. Than i5 comes out he saw oil on them and thought they needed replacing. How do I know that wasn't the case a month earlier. I want my money back for those struts and the labor. You have my number give me a call when check is in mail which I sure neither will happen. Ripoffs. Stay away More

Jon Ayala is the service advisor I normally deal with, and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am a sales rep that covers a 7 state territory in the Northeast and my Civic is high mileage. I ne and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am a sales rep that covers a 7 state territory in the Northeast and my Civic is high mileage. I need to safely be able to travel long distances in a dependable vehicle. I also rely on my Civic to perform reliably when I am in high crime neighborhoods such as the Bronx because if my car breaks down my well being could be jeopardized. Kira Bueti and the staff of advisors are my pit crew and I trust them to keep my 2016 Civic in top shape. Lia Honda Service department is my dealership of choice for any work my car requires because of the staff in the service department. Keep up the good work! More

Funny how my review from yesterday was removed Service advisor Cole tried up selling me on stuff I didn't need.. spoke to Service manager that went no where and GM Todd LaMay. I purchased shocks in July t advisor Cole tried up selling me on stuff I didn't need.. spoke to Service manager that went no where and GM Todd LaMay. I purchased shocks in July than was told in August I need shocks. Same mechanic by the way. Todd of course brushed i5 away as a mistake. To many red flags Todd will be hearing from my lawyer More
