Took one vehicle in for service and left with a newer truck, While my truck was in the service garage being worked on I walked over to the dealership building. When I returned, we went inside where I spotted the truck on the showroom floor. After inquiring more about it, I found it was a better deal for me. I set about getting the paperwork started for the trade in. Could not be happier. Randy walked me through the complete process, going over all the details about the truck; and after the sale getting the truck set up for me, when he had an issue with something, he obtained the assistance of Stormy, who got the matter taken care of. We lost both of our Ford Fusions to Hurricane Ian and were looking for an Escape Titanium Hybrid to replace them and get back to Fort Myers when we started checking with Ford dealers in the Wesley Chapel were looking for an Escape Titanium Hybrid to replace them and get back to Fort Myers when we started checking with Ford dealers in the Wesley Chapel, Florida area. During our search, Drew Markwardt of Jarrett Ford in Dade City sent us an email suggesting that he could get that car to his dealership within a day, assuming we were interested, and we followed up with him. Drew was a pleasure to work with! He listened to our concerns, enlightened us about the functions of the Escape, gave us his phone #, and suggested we call him with any questions. We called him the next day to make arrangements for the purchase, then followed up and drove away with our new car within a couple of hours of arriving to complete the sale. Our car, with 6,500 miles, looked and felt new and is a pleasure to drive. In a rather trying time due to Hurricane Ian, Drew, again, was a pleasure to work with! Drew gets 5 Stars from us! More
