The worst experience ever! I went there for a leak from my sunroof amd they left my vehicle out in the pouring rain causing the interior to be soaked from the leak telling me t I went there for a leak from my sunroof amd they left my vehicle out in the pouring rain causing the interior to be soaked from the leak telling me that I will need to get it detailed. The manager was "not in" and the assistant manager was worthless. No one called the next day as promised and they tried to dry my car out but I arrived earlier than they expected catching them in the act if trying to dry it out. They would not admit thry left it out. How else wiuld a car that arrived dry, leave wet on the inside??!! More

I wanted to write about Kristamarie Calabrese as well as the dealership. However it seems I erred in some way, because when I finished my review of the dealership the survey ended. Therefore, I want to add that I have dealt with Kristamarie for years. She displays a phenomenal amount of knowledge of the mechanical parts of cars. She is also a lovely person who combines warmth and professionalism all in one package! I will always speak to her if I need service because I feel I really know her and can trust her. Speaking of mechanics...I have dealt with Andrew Goldberg for so many years that I have lost count! He is considered the "top" when it comes to mechanical knowledge and work. He is decent and honest, and I know he has my safety and general wellbeing on mind when it comes to decisions about repairs. I trust Andrew Goldberg implicitly for his care and concern. Hopefully, for me AND for Matt Blatt Nissan, Andrew Goldberg will spend many more years at that company! More
