I would not buy a car from this dealership period. The way they treated me for one year is simply unacceptable. I brought my jag in for check engine light and diagnostic check. Long story short, they said they fixed it for $4200 and I drove it home check engine light comes on along with restricted performance. Bring it right back so we can fix it.They already admitted wrong doing when they rembersed my credit card payment back. It's been over a year and they still haven't fixed their srew up and the car still sits there.I am 68 years old and still work hard for my money, I work 66 hours a week and have little time for their games. If any body noes a good lawyer I would love to sue them for what they are putting me through. I always call but now they never return them. I FIND IT HARD NOT TO HATE PEOPLE, BUT I HATE THESE PEOPLE. More

I have never experienced a more stressful customer experience or incompetent “luxury”dealership in my entire life. I had a new car delivered and from day 1 the car had issues. My car was dead in th experience or incompetent “luxury”dealership in my entire life. I had a new car delivered and from day 1 the car had issues. My car was dead in the lot on day 1. Having to jump my brand new car every 2 days just so I could drive it. My brand new car’s battery kept dying after being parked for 1 hour, couldn’t lock my doors, car would turn off while driving, car going into limp mode, etc. I brought in the car on multiple occasions for the same issue and it couldn’t ever be fixed. I had to constantly call and follow up about progress. I was told lie after lie about technicians being brought in from over seas, etc. They had my car sitting without being serviced for months when I brought it in on May 5th, 2023. Even though after 30 days they should have informed me that the car was a lemon. I still continued to trust them. Huge mistake. Only to receive the service records that show they NEVER even worked on my car and lied about it. They just let it sit for months. I asked repeatedly to be let out of my lease and I was told by Jose & Desiree I have to “ask about that”. They had my car for 8 months and couldn’t fix it. I have been expected to pay for this vehicle I hadn’t been able to drive in 8 months. I was pressured into taking my car back after they claimed it was “fixed”. 2 days later the car died in a parking lot at a mountain while it was -13 outside and my children were with me. After that, the car went into limp mode on the highway and I couldn’t accelerate past 30 mph. While my 3 children were in the car. Again, upon receiving the service records showing they didn’t fix the car, it wasn’t even worked on. The lack of communication, lies, run around, empty promises, lack of professionalism, lack of accountability or care for their customers is HORRIFYING. And don’t expect anything different from Landrover Corporate. I was promised that a rental car would be covered by the dealership & corporate because of my horrific experience. I was assured by Jose & Dennis Kelly that if I took this unsafe car back that he would “take care of us”. I have yet to receive one call, text or email from anyone in Upper Management who can make this situation right. They handed me a bottle of red wine when I picked my car up and said we’d love to take care of you for your next purchase….. I’ve asked to be let out of my lease multiple times to no avail. Every single time I call no one who is in management is in the “building”. I went to pick up my rental that they “graciously” offered to pay for. And then didn’t. The rental receptionist told me that no credit card was left by Bennett and I would have to pay upfront for this rental. My credit card was charged $1400. The management staff will avoid you and constantly claim they are “unavailable”. I have just been informed that if I would like a vehicle to drive I must pay out of pocket until my repairs are done. On a car that is literally unable to be fixed. They had my car for 8 months last time. I’m expected to make lease payments & and pay out of pocket for a rental for the next 6 months?? The service records state the car is not fixable and is being slated for RECALL for the battery issue and while it was in their shop they didn’t put the windshield cover back on and water got into the electrical system and shorted the entire system. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE! It has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare!!!!!! The entire establishment shows a clear lack of leadership and any sort of accountability or ability to rectify scenarios for their customers. More

First, I love my Jag so far and got a great deal given the KBB value and condition of the vehicle. Whom ever had the car before me took very good care of it! Amid the covid-19 pandemic, I had time to do m the KBB value and condition of the vehicle. Whom ever had the car before me took very good care of it! Amid the covid-19 pandemic, I had time to do my homework and hire a pre-purchase inspection company (Pomcar- they were outstanding) to inspect the vehicle before I purchased it. As a woman, already having this information beforehand was very empowering and advantageous. Some tend to take advantage of women and our lack of knowledge about certain things! I was also able to set up my own financing via Capital One Auto Navigator. The only thing left to do was view the car and sign on the dotted line if I liked it! The only reason I’m not giving 5 starts is because the prior owner’s personal info was still stored in the navigational system. That first and foremost should have definitely been cleared. I also would have liked to have some kind of demonstration and overview of all that the car offered and how certain things worked in addition to having my information and radio stations set as a courtesy. Upon initially contacting Bennett about the vehicle which only had a generic online picture, I found out they had closed due to Covid-19. However, Kristen Bennett went back to the dealership and took pictures of the vehicle and emailed them to me a few days later after receiving my inquiry. I was so appreciative of that because the generic online picture and description did the car absolutely no justice! Several employees at Bennett kept in contact with me during the closure and reached out to me as soon as they were authorized to reopen by appointment. The General Sales, Manager Greg Smith was a little off putting over the phone and via email but somewhat understandable as certain regulations and guidelines had to be followed. Safety and concern for himself and his employees I’m sure were top of mind during these uncertain and daunting times. Upon meeting Greg in person, he was actually a cool guy: very professional!! My inspector had arrived before I did and had already started inspecting the car. Based on his inspection reports and recommendations, I was able to negotiate a better price along with fixes on a few minor issues with the car. Greg even tried to find better financing and warranty options for me. I ended up sticking with my own though. I returned a few days later to pick up my car which was in pristine condition. The issues had been resolved and all I had to do was to complete my paperwork and make payment!! It really all was seamless. Deborah Pape, a sales specialist followed up with me several days later to make sure I was satisfied. The team has been readily available to answer any questions I have thus far. My experience with Bennett Land Rover Allentown PA was A+ from start to finish. My search for my new vehicle started when I placed an 'interest' post to Bennett's dealership regarding Land Rover. Kristen B from start to finish. My search for my new vehicle started when I placed an 'interest' post to Bennett's dealership regarding Land Rover. Kristen Bennett contacted me via email introducing me to the dealership and connecting me with Deborah Pape who made the on-line interaction very pleasant and favorable to actually visiting on-site. She quickly made me feel comfortable by asking my 'wish list' and making sure the dealership was prepared for me to visit and test-drive. She also contacted me via phone, her knowledge of Land Rover was well presented and furthered my interest in the Range Rover Evoque. When I arrived for my test-drive appt, Alex Morra cordially introduced himself and presented the dealership of both Land Rover & Jaguar. Alex discussed the models of Land Rover with me while Rob Mercado discussed and presented the vehicle models of interest to my husband. We were both very impressed and fully satisfied with Alex and Rob's knowledge of the vehicles, ability to demo each vehicle and follow-up on any question we had. This interaction developed our relationship with Land Rover and made the entire experience of test-driving a new vehicle very relaxing and fun. The purchase of my new Evoque was a pleasure - based on dealership presentation, test-drive, interaction with Alex & Rob and their vast knowledge of car's specifications, technical information and service requirements. The financial end of the deal was supported by Justin Goldman - again, his knowledge and efficiency with processing the purchase added to our favorable experience at Bennett. My new Evoque was fully detailed and ready to go home that afternoon, Rob provided an excellent hand's-on demonstration of my SUV making it a full-rounded A+ experience and I look forward to our continued relationship with Land Rover. More
