I have to say it was an extremely pleasant experience each time. George was excellent and so helpful ,he made the purchasing experience very easy. I thoroughly enjoy driving my Out back. I am looking forward to utilizing the service department when the need arises. Nicole and George did a good job of sorting through all the features. There is a lot to learn, they have openly stated to contact them anytime a question arises. I highly recommended this dealership to others. More

Over the course of several weeks, Sue Zurica patiently worked with me in putting me touch with George Notte who worked with me to match me with a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. The process was relaxed and not once did I feel like I was being pushed into a quick and dirty sale. Working with Kristen Inaugurato was a breath of fresh air in comparison to my last car buying experience. She listened to me in regards to the needs and usage of what I would be using the vehicle for and was not trying to foist add ons to the purchase. Nicole Sciamarelli worked with me after the sale to introduce me to my new Outback, getting me acquainted with my new vehicle. Her guidance was appreciated! Overall I'd highly recommend working with World Subaru and any of the employees that I reviewed here. More

This was my first time purchasing a new car and it is safe to say that I was dreading it slightly because of the stigma that comes with going to the c This was my first time purchasing a new car and it is safe to say that I was dreading it slightly because of the stigma that comes with going to the car dealership and working with cars salesmen. Boy was wrong. I have never seen such a smooth, stress-free car buying experience. In the past, I have always felt like I was being glossed over just to make a sale but J.R. didn't put any pressure on me at all. I went for a test ride and when I got back we just talked about the car and then moved forward. There was no pressure or anything. He was very easy going. After we talked numbers and got everything squared away, I was dreading the financial part but Kristen made that really relaxing as well. She explained what everything was and helped me come up with the best warranty for me. After there was a wrench thrown in, both J.R. and Kristen helped to work it out so that my car purchasing experience was still a positive one. The last person I dealt with was Nicole. After sitting in finance for a while, it was nice to have someone who seemed very happy and willing to explain any aspect of the car to me. The beep that happens when you lock the car was driving me crazy and she turned it off in 2 seconds. All in all, this was an amazing experience and I will not go to any other dealership. More

Happy new owner of a Subaru World Subaru Review I received a TruePrice offer from World Subaru that had a good fit for what I was looking for. I then contacted the dealer for a World Subaru Review I received a TruePrice offer from World Subaru that had a good fit for what I was looking for. I then contacted the dealer for a test drive. Upon arriving at the dealer I was greeted by Travis Foster who showed me the features of the car and answered my questions so I would be comfortable in taking the test drive. After I took a drive I was very impressed with the car’s handling, options and appearance. Even though I didn’t expect to buy that day, we talked over my needs and any questions I had and came to an agreement. Travis was great to work with and did everything he could to answer my questions, explain the benefits of the car as well as what benefits World Subaru offers its customers after a purchase. He agreed to a fair trade-in for my old car, made the paperwork understandable, going over all the final fees and any other costs involved. He made everything easy and making this purchase was the most enjoyable time I ever had buying a new car. I highly recommend World Subaru, everyone was very polite and courteous. The car had been washed, cleaned and prepped when I picked it up and looked terrific. Kristen was very helpful in meeting my needs when processing the financial documents, and explaining credit terms; her patience was greatly appreciated. Nicole was so helpful in helping us to understand the many options the car has and has promised to explain other features that we have questions about when we come back.
