I bought the dealership, to me a car's a car. This is our 2nd Forrester from World Suburu. Rudy Degaetano and Nancy Miller in Service have been professional, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful This is our 2nd Forrester from World Suburu. Rudy Degaetano and Nancy Miller in Service have been professional, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful with our first Forrester, always having a loner vehicle available! We have driven EVERY Suburu in the lineup. Love the Forrester. We are very satisfied with the quality of Suburus and didn't think 2x when we needed another vehicle. We met with Lester Soto knowing pretty much what we wanted. He was patient and fun to deal with. it was a Saturday at the end of the month. The dealership was packed. Go see him if you need a test drive. Kristen Inaugurato was a pro with financing. Helped us take advantage of every add-on option and apply discounts. Star of the day was Tara Mulling the Customer Care Rep/Concierge. She went over every feature of our new car and was a lot of fun. Seemed to love her job! Bottom line, great cars, fair price, fantastic service department (that doesn't look to rip you off), and a friendly staff. Buy from this dealership! More

Genuine People Every person I encountered was friendly and genuine. They instantly made me feel at ease. My salesman Sam, was straight forward. Kristen explained all the warranties and financing options to me and even finagled a delayed payment for me due to a mishap with my bank. Then another woman spent time syncing my phone and showing me all the features of my new car and answering all the questions I could come up with. They really take the extra time to make sure you are happy and offered to help me with anything that I needed or had questions about in the future. You can tell they really care about the customers there, as evidenced by the number of return customers they have. More

An Easy and Pleasant Experience This was probably the easiest car purchase I ever made. I went on truecar.com to check what people were paying for the model I wanted. Once you input your information several dealers respond with prices. I was glad to see that World Subaru responded first since they were close by and had a good reputation. Jonathan Smith, the internet sales person sent me a price for the model I wanted, but it didn’t have the options I wanted. I went to the World Subaru web site and found a model configured just the way I wanted in the color I wanted in their inventory. When Steve called I asked if he could price that Forester for me and set up a test drive. The appointment was set up and the quote came in less than 30 minutes that was lower than my target price! Jonathan made my appointment with another salesman Steve Stigliano who was waiting for us when we arrived. I was grateful for this since the dealership was very busy with customers at every sales desk and wandering the showroom looking at vehicles. This was the first time I had ever been to a dealership that resembled the busyness you see in car commercials. Usually dealerships are fairly empty with salesmen looking bored. The car I wanted was ready and after making a copy of my license, Steve handed us the keys and sent us on our way, It was nice to be able to take the Forester out for a drive without a salesman in the car. I was wondering when we came back, would there be any haggling. Was the quote a true quote or was is padded with things we didn’t qualify for like college grad discount or military discount. Or would I be able to get the price but mot the 0% interest being promoted. To my, and my wife’s delight, the quote was the quote. Everything was as presented. We got the price quoted and the 0% interest. Steve started the paperwork and all went smoothly. We met with the finance manager, Kristen, a very nice young lady, who offered the extended warrantees which we declined. There was no pressure. She also took care of arranging for the specialty license plates we wanted from the Motor Vehicle Commission. We wanted to pick up the car the following week so we scheduled that. During the week we received emails setting up our Sirius XM radio, setting up our first service complimentary appointment, and more. Steve even took care of contacting our insurance company for us. When we arrived the next Saturday to pick up our car, Steve introduced us to Tara Mullins, a customer care rep with the title Delivery Specialist. Tara went to the car with us and patiently showed us how to work all the electronics and switches as well as answered any questions we may have had. She also gave us a Subaru notebook to write down any questions that may come up. When we go back to get our license plate, she will help with any questions we have, go over everything again and give us a $25 gas gift card. I do plan to ask about the luggage carrier cross bar rails. They came with the vehicle but were in a box in the cargo area. I expected that they would have been installed since they were not an add-on, but were part of the included items. I am guessing that it was just overlooked. I am hoping that World Subaru will install them without charge at our first servicing. All in all, this was an excellent, non-pressured experience with incredibly nice people to work with. Will gladly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Subaru. A pleasant and positive experience. More

From the moment I stepped in the door, Dennis made me feel welcome. It was the quickest and most relaxed test driving experiences I've ever had. Dennis knows Subarus and is conversant enough about competitors cars to convince me why Subaru was a superior car. I went back the next day with my wife and she loved the car from the moment she drove it off the lot. Dennis answered all our questions and was very patient with us. Kristen expedited our finance paperwork to get us on the road, and Nicole was very thorough going through setting up some key car features so that our first trip home was safe and pleasant. I highly recommend the team at World Subaru. More

I am a customer for life!!!! I have never in my life had such a great car buying experience! From the second I walked into the dealership until I drove off the lot, I was treated I have never in my life had such a great car buying experience! From the second I walked into the dealership until I drove off the lot, I was treated like I was a celebrity. Lester Soto, went above and beyond to help me get a new car. I went to 5 car dealerships and explored all my options, but none of them came even close to the deal Lester got me. There was no back and forth, "let me talk to my manager! B.S." He was straight up from the beginning. He even went as far as to sit down and crunch numbers with me to see if leasing or financing would be in my best interest. We calculated cost of wear and tare, how much the difference in monthly payments would be, what kind of shape the car would be in at the end of the loan. It wasn't a clear decision for me since I drive so much. You could tell that he truly cared about what was in my best interest. As long as Lester is in the business, I am his customer and no one else's! If you are looking to lease or buy, you are wasting your time if you aren't going to Lester Soto. Nicole and Kristen were also super friendly and professional. THANKS GUYS!!! More
