Don't believe the estimate. My final bill exceeded the estimate by a significant amount. When I asked the service adviser for an explanation, he was unable to provide one. The s My final bill exceeded the estimate by a significant amount. When I asked the service adviser for an explanation, he was unable to provide one. The service manager, who described herself as a tough lady used to handling any situation, also could not explain why the final bill was so much higher than the estimate. I can understand minor changes, but not a 25% increase. They promised a 10% senior discount, but it was not reflected on the bill. When I inquired about the missing discount, the service adviser insisted he had already applied it to the final bill. However, when I asked what the actual bill was supposed to be, he claimed it was over $1,000 more than the final amount listed. This feels like pure deception. My advice is to avoid this dealership and consider going to another one. More
