So, I went to my appointment, and the service center was super busy because of the holiday. All the advisors were tied up with other customers. But then, Kristi Mitchell, the service director, jumped in to super busy because of the holiday. All the advisors were tied up with other customers. But then, Kristi Mitchell, the service director, jumped in to help her team and made sure I wasn't just standing around. She wrote down my car issue, told me a part needed to be ordered, and that she'd email for approval and follow up. I was shocked when she called me back an hour later that same day! Not only did they order the part, but she said the work would be covered as a goodwill gesture. Seriously, the speed, communication, and professionalism I got were amazing. I'm never taking my cars anywhere else. More

I had an issue with my car being damaged possibly during routine maintenance. Went to talk to Kristi to inquire about seeing video of me driving I to the dealership. They will try to deceive you be carefull! !!e.g They'll force you to replace your battery before it's even dead. If your tires, which you bought under warranty, burst, they won't replace them !!e.g They'll force you to replace your battery before it's even dead. If you order parts, they say they'll have them in 2 days, but you have to wait a week. Most importantly, if you don't give them 5 stars, which they absolutely don't deserve, they'll kick you out.
