We discovered our 2020 Ford Explorer XLT RWD on Autotrader late afternoon on Easter Sunday, and by the next day, we were driving it home — in and out of the dealership before 1:00 PM with everything signed and the keys in hand. A big thank you as well to Kristian, the finance manager, who was instrumental in making the final steps of the transaction smooth and stress-free. He walked us through everything in detail, confirmed and validated each step, and really helped seal the bow on the entire experience. One area for improvement would be having a better explanation of the extended warranty for a CPO vehicle. More
