Oil change & wash truck took way over a hour. Price way too high. First oil change on new truck. Financial was supposed to call me back on prices of an extended warranty and he never did. Too busy to see o too high. First oil change on new truck. Financial was supposed to call me back on prices of an extended warranty and he never did. Too busy to see or talk to me while I was there. I purchased my truck back in May in Frisco because y’all had no Frontier’s on the lot. They give me points for a free oil change and your Nissan dealership does not deal with the points so I had to pay out of my pocket yesterday. With my GMC Dealership they alway washed my car for free anytime they did work on it. Can’t believe y’all charged me $15.00. She said wash only, but they did vacuum it. Thanks for that.
