Very nice personable people. Nora and JJ were very nice. I just wish they would have replaced the two bald tires. It would be nice to have chairs where you check in after driving your vehicle in to the bay. The consultant who checks you in is sitting while you have to just stand over them. I have been anxious regarding the recall of the 6. 2. Mine did seize up this week. After reading the nightmare blogs on-line I thought that I was in for long wait. Vehicle was towed to Rochester on Mon 2. Mine did seize up this week. After reading the nightmare blogs on-line I thought that I was in for long wait. Vehicle was towed to Rochester on Monday afternoon. Kristy from the service dept called me later that same day, informed me of the confirmed diagnosis and said that I needed a new engine. She continued to say that she located an engine at another dealership and it was on its way to her for Tuesday. Her mechanics were "on it" and it might take a few days. Of course I was shocked. Unbelievable....after reading all of the horror stories? She said that she would keep me updated, which she did. Kristy called on Thursday afternoon to tell me that the new engine was installed, truck went for a test drive, all is good! She wanted to take it out in the AM one more time and I could pick it up around noon on Friday. I did get the truck back, runs like a champ.... A couple of things.. -the service dept had my vehicle turned around with a new engine in 3 days...incredible! -Kristy (sp) is an outstanding employee for you. She was very professional, answered my questions and she understood my concerns while keeping me updated along the way. I never had to call her. Not sure how she got that engine so quickly but she did. Tremendous effort and very much appreciated. EVERYONE that I talk to cannot believe that I got my truck back in 3 days. Neil, did a good job explaining how the repairs would happen. I plan on buying a suv next year from your company.
