Pleasant experience It was a straightforward process with Kurt. I didn’t have to spend a ton of time going back and forth haggling the final price. On the other hand, It was a straightforward process with Kurt. I didn’t have to spend a ton of time going back and forth haggling the final price. On the other hand, I didn’t appropriate the tone from mike when he was pressuring us to buy the extended warranty. I made it clear to him that I wasn’t interested but he just wouldn’t give up. He lowered the price multiple times getting it down to 50% off at the end. He also used the scare tactic to get me to buy it. He almost ruined my pleasant experience at Muller Honda. I don’t mind someone explaining the details of the extended warranty so I can make an informed decision but I will not be bullied into buying something I don’t consider is necessary. More

When outside financing was delayed for a day, Kurt asked Dave Rubin to help out in securing different financing. When it was time to complete the paperwork, the process with Dave was quick and stress-free. I also appreciated that Luigi Aliperta stopped by to say "hello." Luigi was my salesperson for a GMC Envoy that I had purchased 12 years ago when he worked at Muller Pontiac/GMC/Mazda. All in all, this was an excellent experience. More
