First off Sahid was great! !! However it ends there. Technicians really struggle to diagnose problems and correctly fix issues. My truck was in and out of service for roughly !! My truck was in and out of service for roughly two years and I just picked it up two days ago with it still having the check engine light on and Chrysler now wants to buy me out of my warranty. Have been a loyal customer and have bought numerous vehicles from this dealership but will no longer be a returning customer.
