We had to bring the truck back for a few minor issues that we found after the sale. They were more than willing to take care of each issue (bought used), no dickering, etc. When the parts arrived, we got to experience the service side of this Honda dealership- Cannot say enough positive things about Akema (and Luke) in the service dept. Every single person we encountered that day was more than willing to help. Super positive experience....I could go on and on. We hesitated on purchasing out of town (60 miles away), but with the experience we had, we would definitely do it again. If we ever need another vehicle, we know we will be back!
