The service dept. diagnosed that an odor in the cabin required a new Cabin Air Filter. They charge $77 dollars for a filter that cost $25 max and 2 minutes of work and diagnosed that an odor in the cabin required a new Cabin Air Filter. They charge $77 dollars for a filter that cost $25 max and 2 minutes of work and recommended a cleaning operation that cost $37. Incidentally, they could have told me to try an odor eliminator ($4) which Probably would have worked just fine. The rep did not put me at ease. All around a bad experience. Can't wait for my lease to be up. More
