I am absolutely in love with my car! The service we received was awesome. Kyle was our salesman and he greeted us outside by the vehicle, promptly provided us with the keys for a test dr The service we received was awesome. We weren't sure if we would be able to complete the purchase as it was close to closing time, but Kyle and Rob went above and beyond and we walked out with keys in hand! You have a customer for life. Prior to buying my Lexus TX 350, I researched Mungenast Lexus website, I was impressed by how long most of their employees have been with the company. Obviously, there’s a lot of job satisfaction there and those employees pass that joy on to their customers. Lexus makes a great product and Mungenast Lexus has incredible service and stands by their cars. I would highly recommend buying a Lexus from Mungenast Lexus. More

His communication with us was exceptional and made us feel very comfortable about purchasing three 2024 Lexus TX 350's when we had no previous experience with the dealership. We had a 15-year relationship with Plaza Lexus but the person we worked with had retired and the dealership was sold so we decided to open the door to Mungenast Lexus. We could not be happier with our decision. Kyle is so down to earth and I do not think I can fully explain how at ease he made us feel, which is so welcoming these days. We were looking for not only a solid and highly reputable dealership, but a salesperson that we can completely trust as our family and business purchase a lot of vehicles every few years.
