518 Auto Sales Sold Me My Dream Car With No Pressure I found this dealership through the USAA Car Buying app. I searched for a used Subaru Impreza over the weekend and after a so-so experience at CarMax I found this dealership through the USAA Car Buying app. I searched for a used Subaru Impreza over the weekend and after a so-so experience at CarMax and a terrible one at Casey Subaru, I headed to 518 Auto Sales expecting very little. When we arrived for our appointment Brian Wagner had our car pulled up out front ready to test drive. They had a 2018 Subaru Impreza 5-door (which is exactly what I wanted) with only 20k miles and one owner. This car was practically brand new. The test drive experience was great and Brian was a super salesman that made my wife and I very relaxed about the whole experience. There were no attempts to sneak in any extras or anything like that. Everything at the dealership was very chill. They offered a decent financing rate but I had already locked in one that was a bit better through my bank so we proceeded quickly to completing the purchase. I was able to easily put some money down with my card, but I think they would have accepted a check or cash as well. Brian let me hop on his computer to grab some extra documents we needed and even let me tie up his phone to clear some last minute things with the bank. Since we were buying the car in Virginia but driving it to our new home in Nebraska they were kind enough to offer sending me the plates when they came in. The whole team there was welcoming and the process only took a little over an hour, then the car was mine. Definitely the easiest and least fraught car buying experience I've ever had. I'm recommending these guys to anyone I see. Thank you again, Wags and the rest of 518 Auto Sales! More

Make sure u know what you are buying I bought a car in August, when I got it in 2 weeks it was in the shop. After writing a review 518 atuo decided to pay for the repair,well what my warranty didn’t cover. Transmission was bad . Fixed the Tran then went out on me the next week. From August to November I drove my car for two weeks.. my car is still and has been in the shop since November.cone to find out engine was bad needed a new battery and alternator. Well unfortunately I don’t fall under the lemon law cause of the age of the car... 3800 gone on a car I only drove for two weeks from August till Now March 2019. Just be aware of what u are buying and make sure a mechanic Looks at it . It kind of sucks cause I really thought 518 auto was the best lot in Norfolk... because Kyle is the best , but just be aware of what ur buying before you buy it ... More
