Kyle Ganshirt

Upon arrival at Dry Ridge Toyota Scion, we were greeted by Kyle Ganshirt in a very professional and friendly way. At no time did Kyle pressure us into any kind of purchase and answered all questions we ha by Kyle Ganshirt in a very professional and friendly way. At no time did Kyle pressure us into any kind of purchase and answered all questions we had. He was very instrumental in describing the model we were interested in and explained all options. We asked if we could look around and if he could get back with us later, 30 mins. or so later, in the showroom we had questions about a car on display and he was more than willing to answer any and all of our questions about the extra options offered on this particular Camry SE. Satisfied with his answers and with the assistance of Mike Griese the deal was finalized. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Kyle and Mike as a team. More

The last Toyota I purchased was from Kerry Toyota and I had a bad time buying the truck. My friend had suggested I come to Dry Ridge so I drove the extra miles and I am VERY glad I did!! Kyle, Mike & Ste had a bad time buying the truck. My friend had suggested I come to Dry Ridge so I drove the extra miles and I am VERY glad I did!! Kyle, Mike & Steve were very helpful, pleasant and fast with helping me with the purchase of my Venza. I Love Toyota but the thought of going back to Kerry made me upset! I am so glad to find these guys and I will spread the word that they are GREAT!!! My dealings with Angie were awsome, I spoke with her on the phone and she was very pleasent and answered all my questions. She went out of her way to help me and when I went to the dealership I had to meet her and thank her in person. I have owned my own business for 17 years, and I feel that customer service is number one and that shows at this dealership too!! Thanks More
