My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a 2025 Tuscon from Chris at Shaker's Family Hyundai. Chris Maxfield was very courteous and listened to what we were looking for in a new car. We weren't sure of the make and model or if we would purchase a used vehicle. Chris spent a lot of time researching the various options for us and laid them all out for us (lease vs. purchase) (new vs. used), etc. Chris was very knowledgeable about all the options that come with the various trim lines and the various warranties on a new vs. used purchase. We test drove several vehicles and made the right decision for our family's needs. I should mention that Kyle Garvin also assisted Chris with one of our test drives and was very knowledgeable about the various trim lines of the Tucson. When we went to pick-up our new Tuscon, Chris spent well over an hour going over all the systems in the car and even paired our cell phones to the vehicle's Blue Tooth. I have been buying cars for 40 years and this was by far the best purchase experience I ever had. More

Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and thorough! A true star when it comes to guiding you throughout the new vehicle purchasing process. As a younger single mom deciding which vehicle fit my family's needs and still stayed within my budget were huge factors! He was kind enough to show me multiple models, go through all the features and make sure I was 100% comfortable with my choice. Chris was another highlight in our journey! He was generous enough to give me his perspective on leasing or financing! He spent time guiding me through the difference while Kyle grabbed those alternative models for us to view. They offer tons of snacks and even some games to keep the little ones happy while they tended to all my questions. Mason & Brandon even took a few minutes out of their own day to entertain the kids as I debated my decision. The entire team made sure we were comfortable from start to finish! If you are looking for a new vehicle, this is the place for you! It is the ONLY good experience I've had at a dealership!! More
