The people are fantastic but service time could be better. Waited 2 hrs for an oil change when it should only take a half hour, I had made my appointment a month in advance. I knew what I wanted from the start. I heard of Shaker's Family Hyundai's "Transparency pricing" and thought I would check it out. Kyle Garvin met me, listened to what I wanted, then w I heard of Shaker's Family Hyundai's "Transparency pricing" and thought I would check it out. Kyle Garvin met me, listened to what I wanted, then worked with me to get me my new Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. They did not have the one I wanted in stock and asked ONCE about other in stock options. They were not pushy or aggressive. Kyle proceeded to find the model, color and options I wanted. It was a great feeling to have a dealer listen and truly give "transparent" pricing. Best car buying experience I have had in 40 years of buying cars. More
