The warranty I was offered at the time of purchase was around $3100 and might have covered $3000 of the $9000 total, not even paying for itself. I did not appreciate the comment, lack of sympathy, or the fact that nothing in the estimate was explained to me. More

The guys in service department and parts got our car in to get a part on that had been ordered at the time of purchase.
