I was disappointed the car had not been serviced nor detailed prior to test driving or purchase and I waited an additional 2 hours to get that done. I understand service was very busy being a Friday, however I worry not a thorough job was done. Overall all the sales associates were kind and concerned I was still waiting. I am a patient person and the wait and nervousness car wasn’t 100% show room ready despite paying a RECON fee is the reason I cannot give high ratings overall. More
