Kyle the service representative was easy to work with, and im sure the technician that worked on the vehicle is a good person too. I had a few concerns about the final rebuild of the work done, there were several items not replaced in the appropriate area or missing and a proper wipe down after the service was not done. Leaving leaking on the rear differential, a missing cowl push pin and a hose tucked behind the oil dip stick and not in its appropriate clip, Also the top manifold cover and the air intake cover are missing the spacer between them.
