Our sales manager Kyle jumped in and got things moving quickly — in under two hours we were home with our new car — no hassle, no pressure. They made what started out to be a terrible situation into a pleasant and productive one!

They listed a car on their website with about 8000 miles
on it. I called to discuss price, trade in, etc. After working out deal terms, they let me know (surprise!) that the car actually had 12000 miles on

The Acura MDX you inquired about was being driven by an executive manager. Due to the new car inventory shortage they are all driving used cars. We explained this to you before we finalized the deal. We called you before you came in. We made you aware of the mileage as soon as we found out the difference and offered a price reduction for the additional mileage before you came to the dealership. We list all our cars online with full carfax and work performed on them at the dealership to be as transparent about our cars as possible.

It is accurate that I received several calls once the large mileage discrepancy was disclosed, with competing explanations as to what happened. None of these explanations were credible, and all of these discussions occurred AFTER I specifically asked if there was anything else to disclose about the car. So, the timing and the fact that it was an OVER 4000 mile difference (50% off) led me to do business elsewhere. If it was 200 miles, no big deal --- but I don't believe for a second that a manager put 4000+ miles on this car in roughly 2 weeks. Something else is going on here, and I want no part of it.
