Ron really knows Toyotas (and cars in general), and he is very pleasant and easy to work with during the car-buying journey. He was transparent – we used to say this was honest. If he didn’t know, he told us and looked to find the answer. He did not dismiss a concern with “never mind” or “that’s been taken care of” 2. He built our confidence in your service department by speaking directly to the manager to get an answer that perplexed us. 3. He provided more facts and less anecdotal stories. 4.
