I was honest about my trade-in hopes from the beginning and while the final trade-in offer wasn't what I had fully hoped for, I felt like it was a fair-minded offer. Then once we decided to accept it and for a purchase with you Kaylee and Ben both helped us by offering to lower the price on a couple vehicle care/protection packages that we wanted which put them within our more affordable reach. Well for starters I thought buying my vehicle from there would offer lower rates on oil changes. $110 was way over regular oil changes ridiculous. Then I asked for car wash to walk out to my car still dirt would offer lower rates on oil changes. $110 was way over regular oil changes ridiculous. Then I asked for car wash to walk out to my car still dirty. I asked they were suppose to wash it. Same one waited on me from the beginning said oh. Looked around and said I’ll have to find someone it’s going to be a bit. Guess what walked out without my car wash. I’ll stick with someone cheaper for oil changes. Plus came out with like $1400 worth of “items” that should be done. You’d think most of that would have been done before car was sold? More
