While under some difficult issues, Corwin GMC service department has come through for me on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the local dealership can not control a vehicle recall that is a manufacturer i department has come through for me on a regular basis. But, the dealership can move mountains to lessen the impact of pain a long term fix can ultimately take. This is exactly what Corwin Buick GMC Cadillac of Reno did for me. They didn't have to go to the extent they did with the brand new loaner vehicle that was delivered and left with me for three weeks racking up a ton of miles. I drove it that weekend on a cold snowy day near Lake Tahoe and noticed a clunk noise at engine startup that was not there in the warm summer Reno heat. I let Wade know and he insisted I bring it in. I experienced some delay and challenge, but continued to escalate the issue to the proper people and ultimately Lance Dattilo made sure the problem was resolved and that I was satisfied with the purchase. Problems happen but Corwin GMC took ownership and were communicative along the way! I would highly recommend considering Wade and Lance for your next vehicle purchase. More
