I purchased a 2023 Nissan Armada on 11. 25.2023. There were issues identified with the vehicle that the dealership agreed to fix. I left with my vehicle assured that the pending issues woul 25.2023. There were issues identified with the vehicle that the dealership agreed to fix. I left with my vehicle assured that the pending issues would be resolved in a timely manner. Such pending issues entailed the 2nd key set being overnighted to me on Monday, 11.27.2023, and sent to my home. The second issue that was identified was in regards to the driver side heated seats not functioning. I scheduled a service appointment for 11.30.2023 at 745 am and was guaranteed that I would be provided a loaner vehicle. Specifically, I would be loaned either a Titan or Murano. I stressed to the scheduler that I would not be able - under no circumstances- leave my vehicle without a loaner as did not have any transportation to work/home. The scheduler confirmed my request and told me to bring my insurance card. Upon my arrival at 7 am, the Service Manager informed me that there were absolutely no loaner vehicles. He told me that he would call me later that day to set up a time that I would be able to return and get my vehicle serviced when there were loaner vehicles available. I returned back home expecting a follow up from him or someone from the dealership. As of 12.3.2023, I do not have my 2nd set of keys nor have I received a call back from anyone letting me know when I can service the vehicle to resolve this issue with the heated seats. There are a few words that describe my experience thus far but I will keep it professional so I will only share two words: unprofessional and unorganized. This experience makes me regret purchasing my vehicle from a dealership that lacks communication, follow through, and sound customer service! More
