Terrific experience waiting for the oil change for my Kia soul. Waiting room with super comfortable chairs and couches big screen TV delicious coffee and tea clean very nice bathroom for service customers on soul. If I could give them -five strars I would. ! The worst dealership on long Island. WARNING don't go there! I bought a 2024 telluride on 2/7/24 it had many recalls within two weeks and one of the ! The worst dealership on long Island. WARNING don't go there! I bought a 2024 telluride on 2/7/24 it had many recalls within two weeks and one of the recalls was Replace the whole dam engine!!~xxx!! It only had 2,000 miles on it they wouldn't give me a new car so now I have a $50,000 parts car! They replace my engine and nothing but noise after with no help from them in fixing it. I said I bet there will be bolts missing and guess what I took it to Smithtown KIA and yes they found bolts missing. The service help Angel and Fernando are rude and obnoxious liars and they talked down to me like I was a idiot, probably because I am a woman. I lived at the dealership I was there over 10x within the first three months of owning the car. Which was the reason I bought a new car for so I wouldn't be sitting in a garage waiting for my car to be repaired. I am so feed up, I've been fighting Kia corporate for over eight months. They are only willing to give me $1,200 for my all troubles absolute xx! When I went to Kia in Smithtown they got me also they had me trade in my 2024 and now I have lost over 15,000 in buying new cars. More
