Don't do it. My experience at the end of December at the Frederick location was awful. I was told that at the appointment time of 10:30am that my chosen vehicle wo My experience at the end of December at the Frederick location was awful. I was told that at the appointment time of 10:30am that my chosen vehicle would be there waiting. It didn't arrive until hours later, and dirty as the transporter left trash in it which is immediately off putting. I checked out another vehicle while I was there waiting for the original to show. The entire process was frustrating. I filled out everything online and was told that I didn't have to do more paperwork in the store. Yet they made me completely redo everything until I contacted HQ to complain. The sales person that I saw was Lamont and probably the worst I've met. I was pressured by Mike to get the 2 year warranty when the vehicle still had a 2 year manufacturer warranty. I declined that and the tire package he added without telling me. I filled out all paperwork and while they were cleaning the car and Lamont aggressively insisted that I write reviews online right then and show him so he can take pictures of the reviews. I felt that was completely inappropriate. He wanted 2 separate reviews for him and Mike, so they could get points. I cannot stress how uncomfortable and bullied this made me feel. He said to make one review on mine and one on my wife's phone. I ended up immediately deleting the reviews as I was so mad about being pressured to do them. The only people that I encountered there that I would work with again was the finance woman (I can't remember her name) and Jack. Jack was very pleasant and understanding when I had follow up issues with my car. More
