Negotiations were fair, straightforward, and handled by true professionals…from Lance Howle, the Sales Manager, all the way up to Randy Cash, the General Manager. The dealership itself is spotless and efficiently run. Everyone there was actively engaged… no one standing around or on their phones. It has that family-run feel where you’re treated like a priority, but it’s clearly a well-established business with serious inventory. They went over and met Lance and after they left called me and said those are all really nice people. She was right. I talked to Lance about the vehicle and told him I thought I would fly to Austin to look at it. He volunteered to come pick me up at the airport which saved me and my sister a load of time. The vehicle is exactly what I was looking for. Lance drove me to the bank so I could get a cashier's check and we went back to his office to handle all the paperwork. I actually worked with Janie and Lance to buy the car. They both went out of their way to be helpful in the car buying process. Once I decided to buy the vehicle I worked with Tracy on the financing paperwork and talk to her about warranties. Everyone that I dealt with or came into contact with was above and beyond. It's like my sister said they really are all nice people. It was a pleasure doing with him. And I love the car. More
