Rob was an amazing sales rep to work with. He was very personable and helped us make our decision without pushing us at all. The supervisor came over during the numbers and was very supportive He was very personable and helped us make our decision without pushing us at all. The supervisor came over during the numbers and was very supportive and even got us a few more discounts. When we went to finance she was amazing. She talked to our 4 year old and made us feel welcomed. She even stayed after to close to ensure everything got wrapped up. Highly recommend the team at Shottenkirk!!! More

Bought a used truck here with new tires all set to a different pressure, none of the sensors reset for the new wheel locations, taillight bulb not working and they overfilled the oil when they "serviced different pressure, none of the sensors reset for the new wheel locations, taillight bulb not working and they overfilled the oil when they "serviced" it. Makes me wonder if they pencil whipped the 175 point vehicle inspection that they did before they put it up for sale. More
