We went to Cable Dahmer to look for a low mileage used car. Arriving on a Saturday, they were very busy but we were approached quickly. Lance was easy to deal with and we were able to agree on a price in a reasonable amount of time. Sheridan at finance was great and very personable. We left a pair of Ry-Bans in the car we traded. Zavion quickly found them for us and held them almost a week, until we could pick them up. We needed the paper work expedited as we were leaving the state for an extended amount of time. Lance worked hard for us to make that happen! During that time Lance was good at communicating with us, even texting on his day off, making sure we received the needed paperwork. Very very unprofessional, ran my credit just to play numbers games without even sending it to the bank. Then was very dismissive when I voiced my concerns, has side conversations not work related with o numbers games without even sending it to the bank. Then was very dismissive when I voiced my concerns, has side conversations not work related with other employees while I was asking questions about them wanting to run my credit twice. No one wanted to give me the owners information to voice my concerns, he continued talking with other employees, and the assistant manager told me to look it up on the website. This is the worst service I ever received well trying to purchase a car. I’m a returning customer as I purchased my car brand new from there in 2019. This will be the last time I’m taking my business elsewhere. More
