I don’t appreciate being under the impression that if it took longer than a day to fix my car for a manufacturer recall. I’d be issued a loaner/rental vehicle but because I do not have full coverage I was took longer than a day to fix my car for a manufacturer recall. I’d be issued a loaner/rental vehicle but because I do not have full coverage I was denied, and as a first responder being able to get to work is imperative to not only myself and my family but the well being of the public. It truly discourages me and anyone else who cannot afford full coverage to continue to use Mazda in the area as the first choice for repairs.
