Bought a 2024 new Canyon in March. A/C has failed for 3rd time. Went in Saturday and a salesperson took down info, said I would be called back Monday, yesterday. No one contacted me as A/C has failed for 3rd time. Went in Saturday and a salesperson took down info, said I would be called back Monday, yesterday. No one contacted me as of yet. Angry that I wasn't given a vehicle to use until issue is fixed. Sucks driving a vehicle with no A/C in the Carolinas in August. Beware if you are wanting to buy a Canyon AT4X AEV. To make matters worse, Melissa in service was way less than helpful on the first repair. More
