Larry Borgela , very unprofessional , forcing me to buy insurance from his friend insurance company to get extra commission . first he told me my existing insurance is not good , They took 2weeks to giv insurance from his friend insurance company to get extra commission . first he told me my existing insurance is not good , They took 2weeks to give me a quote so i had to go back to my own insurance . He told me the car will cost $450 per month and it turned out to be $580 a month. he also told me it is not his problem its my car now . this is the worse sales man ever . he told me to come do this review at his office and he will give a full tank of gas . i would never buy from this dealer or larry again . they dont allow you to think its always a pressure and force to do things in their favor . finance department no good either . 10.29% is too high and the finance department told me after i signed . they hide the percentage offered by the other banks and didnt tell me or ask which one works for me . I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE More

Was getting repair on a pre owned car I just bought. Salesman said who to give car to and what to expect in a single day etc but it was not the case when I arrived. Not the fault of the service center - Salesman said who to give car to and what to expect in a single day etc but it was not the case when I arrived. Not the fault of the service center - it was the sales team that over promised and didn’t care if the service center under delivered (thru no fault of their own). I will never buy or service my car at Lorenzo - terrible Experience 100% bc of how the salesperson is compensated. More
