I had spoken with Larry, the manager, a few times on the phone about purchasing this car before we made the 230 mile trip to Fair Oaks Lincoln. He made such an impression on me that I knew I wanted to deal with him and his dealership. Israel was so helpful. He made sure I knew all the options and how to use them, before I left with the car. He even setup the Lincoln app for me on my phone! My drive home to Central Illinois in this Lincoln Aviator was pure comfort. I would make this trip again to purchase from Fair Oaks, and I definitely will tell anyone looking for a Lincoln to check out Fair Oaks Lincoln! I LOVE MY LINCOLN AVIATOR!! THANK YOU FAIR OAKS LINCOLN!! More

He was not pushy (like some sales guys) and answered all the questions I had. I was very specific in what I wanted ( white exterior, brown interior) and the blackout package on the exterior. Unfortunately, I was told there weren’t any of those within 400 miles. That’s when I was greeted by Jeremy, who came out and told me he can powder coat what I wanted black. Done deal. Everything is powder coated and my dream car is sitting in my garage. Everything from start to finish was as smooth as could possibly be. I couldn’t recommend that place enough! More
