He made such an impression on me that I knew I wanted to deal with him and his dealership. Israel was so helpful. He made sure I knew all the options and how to use them, before I left with the car. He even setup the Lincoln app for me on my phone! My drive home to Central Illinois in this Lincoln Aviator was pure comfort. My experience from start to finish was AMAZING. Jorge and Jeremy were GREAT. I was first greeted by Jorge as I was searching the lot. He was not pushy (like some sales guys) and answered all the questions I had. I was very specific in what I wanted ( white exterior, brown interior) and the blackout package on the exterior. Unfortunately, I was told there weren’t any of those within 400 miles. That’s when I was greeted by Jeremy, who came out and told me he can powder coat what I wanted black. Done deal. Everything is powder coated and my dream car is sitting in my garage. Everything from start to finish was as smooth as could possibly be. I couldn’t recommend that place enough! More
