From the beginning there were several Emails and phone calls back and forth with Jeanine. Since I preferred Email she never hesitated to write to inform me of what was in the inventory that matched my wis calls back and forth with Jeanine. I also enjoyed the no pressure buying and was never pushed into the buying aspect. Larry Dorman was very professional and attentive to our requests. We test drove 7 vehicles and Larry was great in having the next one ready for us each time we returned to the lot. Brian Hart was very thorough and knowledgeable while explaining the features of the MyFordTouch system. He made sure all of our questions were answered. We took delivery of our car on a dark, rainy evening. Afterward, we discovered a scratch on the right rear bumper that someone had tried to paint over. When we showed the scratch to Larry Dorman and Joey Beckett, they paged the new car sales manager, but he did not come out to talk to us. At that point, Joey assured us that the bumper would be repaired to our complete satisfaction. Joey went above and beyond in handling all aspects of getting the scratch repaired. He went out of his way in providing us with a loaner car and contacted us several times with progress reports during the repair. He personally inspected the repair before notifying us that the car was ready to pick up. Beau Townsend Ford is fortunate to have outstanding professionals such as Larry, Brian, and Joey. More

Overall I feel it was a good experience. I really do not like to car shop and the car we chose fit our needs. Larry did a great job of helping us as well as Chris. The cost was the most inportant, then the drive and confort, HP is great in the Taurus, all the other options fit My wife Brenda well. She will be driving this vehicle and whed she said she reaky liked it , well that smile she had told me this was the car for her.
