How many people can say that they actually love going to the dealership for service where their car was purchased? My Honda Fit Sport is 2 years old. I have visited the dealership for oil changes and each time it was a great experience. Today, I had an oil change and tire rotation. The employees here are very friendly and happy. They have complimentary massage and manicure while you wait. The wait is always pleasurable. (and I don't generally like to wait) However, they make the wait so easy. I purchased my car from Larry Ellis and could not be happier with his assistance and efficient assistance. When I bring my car in, I usually see Rob Graygor........(service advisor). He makes the paperwork and recommendations quickly and efficiently. The lovely and friendly girls that schedule the service appointments and take care of your bill with you are remarkable. The restrooms are spotless. I love this place and it is run with professionalism and efficiency that is hard to find...or should I say impossible. Keep up the good work Atlantic Honda in Bayshore! More

They sold me a certified preowned car with a TON of problems. Terrible customer service, I had to keep following up, it was as if I was annoying them to try to get my car fixed. My wife and I went in to browse looking for a used Honda Pilot, planning to purchase between 1-2 weeks. Met Larry who courteously and professionally sat with me and gathered the criteria I was looking for a Pilot, planning to purchase between 1-2 weeks. Met Larry who courteously and professionally sat with me and gathered the criteria I was looking for and with that he took me around the lot to several vehicles. My wife and I found a vehicle that we liked but unfortunately we had a minor issue on a pricng mix up but after going thru that we eventually resolved the issue and ended up buying that vehicle that same day. Larry explained every detail and he also recommended options that were beneficial to us to complete the sale. I was going to go with my pre-approved credit union but Atlantic Honda ended up giving me a sweeter deal with a lower interest rate and I was also able to included a dynamite warranty (certified wrap around) to top off the deal. I left feeling satisfied and happy with my purchase and would highly recommed Larry as a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous sales associate. He was upfront and helped us work the numbers until a win win situation was achieved. I would definitely consider this dealership for any future buys as well as recommend anyone who needs a vehicle to stop by Atlantic Honda and go see Larry Ellis, he will take care of you and make sure you leave knowing that you made the right decision in buying with Atlantic Honda.
