How many people can say that they actually love going to the dealership for service where their car was purchased? My Honda Fit Sport is 2 years old. I have visited the dealership for oil changes and each time it was a great experience. Today, I had an oil change and tire rotation. The employees here are very friendly and happy. They have complimentary massage and manicure while you wait. The wait is always pleasurable. (and I don't generally like to wait) However, they make the wait so easy. I purchased my car from Larry Ellis and could not be happier with his assistance and efficient assistance. When I bring my car in, I usually see Rob Graygor........(service advisor). He makes the paperwork and recommendations quickly and efficiently. The lovely and friendly girls that schedule the service appointments and take care of your bill with you are remarkable. The restrooms are spotless. I love this place and it is run with professionalism and efficiency that is hard to find...or should I say impossible. Keep up the good work Atlantic Honda in Bayshore! They sold me a certified preowned car with a TON of problems. Terrible customer service, I had to keep following up, it was as if I was annoying them to try to get my car fixed.
