Originally our experience with Union County Kia started out horrible. However, Ed Nordyke truly stepped up in helping to resolve all the issues we had previously with one of their employees. He truly took out horrible. However, Ed Nordyke truly stepped up in helping to resolve all the issues we had previously with one of their employees. He truly took our concerns and frustrations to heart and is rectifying the situation to the best of his abilities. I truly appreciate the swift action from Ed.
