We recently bought a 2023 Escalade Sport. We were lied to about rear entertainment being the same as originals , got some cheap knock off ones. The management team did not want to refund the We were lied to about rear entertainment being the same as originals , got some cheap knock off ones. The management team did not want to refund the money even though they were at fault, said that they already had paid for the aftermarket screens and did not make it right for us. We were always assured it would be the originals screens therefore we did not ask no further questions. If aftermarket was never mentioned that wouldve of been a deal breaker for us. I will not be recommending this dealership in the future to none of my colleagues. More
