Professional, friendly and knowlable in our buying experienc Once we found the Escape on the lot at Forresters, Larry Howell gave us the car's history as well as answering all our questions. When we spotted a small crack in the lower section of the front window on our way home after picking the car up, Larry assured us that it would be taken care of. Within a few days, the window installer came to our house to replace the window. I'd call that action as an A+ when it came to their kind service. The car runs great and we enjoy using it. i'd More

Larry Howell , the Sales Representative did an OUTSTANDING job in handling the transaction! The car was serviced and cleaned when we arrived. My daughter took a test drive with Larry and when she returned she was in LOVE with the car. We live in Winchester Va......73 miles from Forrester, but I would gladly make a return trip when I need to replace a vehicle! More

I clicked on the truck for more information and put my email address in at 9:45 pm, 6 minutes later Larry Howell emailed me back and we set up a time the next day to look at it.Larry showed me the truck answered my questions and introduced me to Toby Forrester.
