Larry Howell was extremely helpful to me and my daughter as we had to quickly find a new used car. He was completely dedicated to walking us through all the processes and explaining what needed to be done. as we had to quickly find a new used car. He was completely dedicated to walking us through all the processes and explaining what needed to be done. He is also a delightful person which also makes the process a pleasure. And we got a great car for a great price. The service team is also professional and helpful when I was trying to keep my last car alive. As an example of their dedication to service, I must mention that I once left my previous car running with the door locked at a parking lot on Norland Avenue (about 1 mile away). Forrester sent out a service person to get my door open within 15 minutes. All told, Forrester and its team members are great! You can count on them to keep you safely driving from the sale to beyond. More
