My wife and I had been looking for a pre-owned Mustang for our son for more than a month. We went to many used car dealers in New Jersey and in New York. Each time we walked away from those dealers, both my wife and I wanted to take shower to wash the sleaze off of us (really). Our experience with your salesperson, Logan, really highlighted the differences between your dealership and all of the many others we visited. First, Logan was waiting for us as we pulled up into your well-lit parking lot. Indeed, he was standing right next to the vehicle we intended to purchase. Additionally, Logan remembered our names and addressed us as “Mr. and Mrs. Hack.” While such formalities were wholly unnecessary, it made us feel, nonetheless, respected as customers. We found Logan to be open, honest and low-pressure. Let’s face it, when a customer walks into a showroom, he or she has already decided that they are going to buy a car, they are just looking for the right salesperson. Logan was the right salesperson. Further, Logan walked us through all of the pricing and thoroughly explained to us all of the factors that went into the vehicle price. He was very knowledgeable about The automobile and all of the options on the Mustang. Finally, when my wife expressed the fact that she was thirsty, Logan jumped up and got her some bottled water. Finally and, perhaps, most importantly, the amount we paid was the advertised price. There were no “re-stocking fees,” “certification fees,” and b.s. “internet advertising fees,” etc. . .
