We purchased our last vehicle from here 4 years ago and stopped by to check out the used vehicle inventory with the thoughts of possibly upgrading to a slightly newer model (hoping to find something a few years newer than our old 2012 one). With nothing on hand that met our needs, we decided browse the new models to see what improvements had been made. Window shopping turned in to us walking out the door the same day with a 2019 model. Staff were great (we worked with both Maureen Erengwa and Bill Page Jr on the deal), even offering to go pick up food from next door for us/our kids since the wait for the finance team was taking much longer than expected. Larry Labonte assessed our trade in and gave us a very fair value which way key to our ability to purchase a new model. The kids play area is a nice touch- as somehow going through documents to purchase a car ALWAYS takes longer than you expect. More
