I qualify for Ford x-plan pricing, which is a stockholder discount. When asked if they accept this plan they said yes. I said I would buy the Maverick they had on their lot under that program. They asked for discount. When asked if they accept this plan they said yes. I said I would buy the Maverick they had on their lot under that program. They asked for a copy of my driver's license and how I would pay. I gave them the info. Several hours later, they said they were not going to accept that pricing for that vehicle. Instead, they want $10,000 over the MSRP, which is a 30% markup. Great example of price gouging. Needless to say, I will avoid them in the future. More

The place to go I don't think there is another dealership in the area that will take the extra steps to make sure the customer is completely happy before, during and I don't think there is another dealership in the area that will take the extra steps to make sure the customer is completely happy before, during and after they make the sale. I have more than three decades of experience with car dealerships and unfortunately, most of them were bad but that wasn't the case with Bo Beuckman Ford. More
