However if it were not for the most customer focused sales agent (Ms. Latonia Akinyemi) there would not have been a sale! Keep up the good work and you all should have no problem providing the customer with a great experience. Best snow day, ever! We went to Napleton Hyundai for an oil change early on a snowy day in Chicago and it was an unexpected pleasure. While we were waiting for our car to We went to Napleton Hyundai for an oil change early on a snowy day in Chicago and it was an unexpected pleasure. While we were waiting for our car to get serviced, Latonia came in and greeted us and told us about the new 2019 vehicles that were available. Still in her coat, because she just arrived at work, she asked us questions about what we were looking for in a new car and told us about the new suvs they had that would be great for the weather we were having. We looked at and test drove the 2019 Santa Fe and Latonia explained the features that made the car work well in the snow. She demonstrated the features of the car and gave us time to try them out for ourselves and made sure everything was working for us correctly. She showed us the QRG and scheduled our first service visit for us. When we were ready to go, we had a full tank of gas and a final overview from Latonia to make sure all our questions were answered and we understood the features before we left. This was the best experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle, even if it wasn't in our plans for the day, and would highly recommend Latonia.. More

She was very patient with me as I was waiting for a check to come before I was able to purchas and she understood. She knew what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me something I wasn’t interested in. Latonia was very professional and followed up with me by calling and sending texts. She even came in on her day off to get me in my car and I couldn’t be happier !! I looked to him and told him if you don't buy this vehicle I will (we both laughed) her presentation was so thorough we were both impressed. Well even before the test drive I think he and I were both impressed with everything and he said this decision a no-brainer he bought the vehicle! But the experience was so awesome I'm know thinking of trading my 2 year old vehicle (something I have never done before) traded so early.
